TECHNOLOGICAL BODIES: RE-DEFINING THE PARAMETERS OF HUMAN EXISTENCE | MISSING BODIES, MISSING PERSONS: ARTWORKS ILLUMINATING AND INTERROGATING HUMAN EXISTENCE”

In this, the second of our faculty colloquia for 2024-25, "Missing Bodies, Missing Persons: Artworks Illuminating and Interrogating Human Existence,” we consider critical issues raised by “Technological Bodies,” examining works by artists who investigate how technological developments redefine the parameters of human existence, including the nature of personhood.

Works considered include Last Breath by Rafael Lozano-Hemmer and Conversations with Bina48 by Stephanie Dinkins.

By invitation only.
